What happens if there are insufficient funds in my account?
The easiest solution is to set up an automatic payment order from your current bank to your Bolero account to make sure you have enough money in your account at all times. You will receive a notification in your Bolero inbox the calendar day before the order is executed. This message will include an overview of the order costs based on the ETF’s current last known closing price, showing you the development of the execution costs and giving you enough time to clear your account if your balance is insufficient at the time. This is only possible if your bank supports instant transfers. If there is not enough money in your account when the stock exchange opens, the order will not be executed for that period. If you have registered several periodic orders for the same day, we will execute the oldest periodic order first. The subsequent periodic orders will be processed in chronological order. If insufficient funds are available at the time of execution, the process will stop at the periodic order being executed. The periodic orders that can be covered by the available balance will still be executed. This means we only take into account the amount in your account(s) minus the sum of your outstanding purchase orders.
No trading margin is available for periodic orders.
